By creating an account on The Dental Machine, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Membership in The Dental Machine buying group is free. Members are dental professionals and practice staff in the United States. We reserve the right to decline or terminate memberships at our discretion.
The Dental Machine facilitates introductions between member practices and vendor partners. We are not a party to any agreement between members and vendors. All pricing, terms, and service arrangements are between you and the vendor directly.
When you submit a pricing request, you consent to The Dental Machine sharing your contact information and practice details with that specific vendor. This is done to facilitate the relationship — the vendor will contact you directly.
You may not use The Dental Machine to submit fraudulent information, impersonate another practice, or misrepresent your credentials. Misuse will result in account termination.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
