Our Story
Hi, we’re Ryan Smith and Garrett Greer, the founders of The Dental Machine.
As a dentist and business expert who own and manage a large group of dental practices, we know firsthand the financial challenges that come with running a dental business. Over the years, we faced constant frustration when it came to managing our practice finances.
We bounced from CPA to CPA and bookkeeper to bookkeeper, but no one seemed to deliver what they promised. Reports were late. Questions went unanswered. And the solutions offered to us were either generic or way too expensive. At the end of the day, we never felt truly in control of our finances, and it held us back from growing the way we wanted.
We realized that if we, with our resources and experience, couldn’t find a solution, countless other dentists were probably feeling the same way.
