We use this information solely to provide our buying group services and match you with relevant vendor partners.

Operate the Dental Machine buying group platform
Connect you with vendor partners when you request pricing
Send transactional emails related to your account and requests
Improve our services and vendor partnerships

3. Information Shared with Vendors

When you submit a pricing request to a vendor, we share your contact information and practice details with that specific vendor so they can reach out to you. This includes your name, email, phone number, practice name, and location. We do not share your information with any vendor unless you explicitly request pricing from that vendor.

4. Member Directory

Your membership information is never shared publicly or with other members. The member directory is private and is only accessible by authorized vendors — and only for members who have requested their services.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted database connections, secure authentication (powered by Clerk), and HTTPS throughout the platform. Passwords are never stored by us directly.
