How pricing requests work on The Dental Machine

When you find a vendor you like, you submit a pricing request from their page. We pass your practice context to the vendor’s team so they can quote member pricing and onboarding steps — without you cold-calling a 1-800 line.

You will see status updates in your dashboard (and optional email alerts). Vendors only see members who have opted in by requesting them, which keeps the roster relevant for both sides.

There is no obligation to buy from every partner. Many practices start with one category — supplies or lab — then expand as they see savings and service quality.
